Estacionamento subterrâneo de 650 lugares em Huelva
A estrutura começará a ser construída este ano. A indicação foi do primeiro vice-prefeito e chefe da área de Urbanismo, Felipe Arias, ouvido pelo diário onubense Huelva Información.
Já foi ultrapassada a fase de consulta pública obrigatória e o estudo detalhado para a definição deste estacionamento subterrâneo foi inicialmente aprovado pelo Conselho Diretivo da Câmara Municipal de Huelva.
Começou a 12 de janeiro e termina a 2 de fevereiro, a consulta pública do estudo detalhado do estacionamento subterrâneo da futura praça que será construída em frente à antiga estação ferroviária, na Avenida Itália.
Segundo Felipe Arias, os objetivos é que as obras, tanto do parque de estacionamento à volta do Ponto como da antiga estação, comecem ainda este ano, face às primeiras previsões para 2025 da primeira delas e espera que em breve possam a licitar, a adjudicação e colocar a primeira pedra.
A superfície do terreno definida no estudo detalhado correspondente ao estacionamento ao redor da Plaza del Punto é de 21.702,48 metros quadrados para uma capacidade de 650 vagas.
A área total do escopo deste estudo detalhado é de 28.797,41 metros quadrados, dos quais 21.702,48 são para estacionamento subterrâneo, propõe-se um piso único; 4.136,82 metros quadrados de vias no prolongamento das ruas D até Boulevard Norte e A; O restante da área, 2.958,11 metros quadrados, é para adequação da via e em redor do prédio.
